Amona^tne cases set down for hearing at the Supreme Court in Masterton this imonth is one in which Mrs Constance Mary Miller claims £1500 from Mr .7. O'Dowd, in connection with the death of her husband, who, some months ago, was killed in a motor accident on the road at Manaia.
