NEW YORK, .March 11. . Mr Gerard lias arrived at Havana. He sighted no submarines though there was considerable nervousness while the vessel was passing through'* the submarine xune, duo to reports that the Germans had told Mr Gerard that they intended getting him. A British patrol boa.t circled around the ship, renewing the nervousness until identified.
