LONDON, December 26. Tlie men of the Dockers' Battalion of Ihe King's Liverpool Regiment have dealt Avith 2,000,000 tons of goods since I I was inaugurated. Lord Derby paid a tribute to the battalion, of which he is the commanding officer, on Saturday night, when he entertained the men at supper. He said the work they had done was almost inedible. Everything they had handled was something that helped our own troop* at the front or those of our allies, und t ne y had thus contributed to their success.
