(Tbe Times.) (Received March 3, 8.55 a.ni.) AMSTERDAM, .March 2. A German deserter from Hamburg dockyard says that the latest submarine has a length of 350 feet and is armed like a small cruiser. She carries twenty torpedoes, and has thirty -two of a crew. Gangs are working day and night turning out submarines and light cruisers of the Stadt class.
