(Received March 1, 8.10 a.m.) AMSTERDAM, February 28. The seven Dutch steamers torpedoed were insured m Holland, chiefly by Herman underwriters, at 80gns per* cent. English underwriters had quoted lOgns war ri,sk from Falmouth to Holland, hut the owners declined.
