.Reuter's Telegram.) (Received February 28, 12.30 p.m.) THE HAGUE, February 27. Gorman militarists are chagrined at the loss of Kut-el-Amara, and censure th© Turks. The newspapers assure the public that it does not matter, because a decision is being reached at sea* and m France.
The Turkish Ambassadors have pessimistically reported the condition of Turkey, requesting assistamce.

LONDON, February 27.
In the House of Lords Lord Curzbn read telegrams from General Maude, stating that on the morning bf tire 2cti." February cavalry and infantry moved westward m pursuit of the retreating enemy. Strong Turkish rearguards, supported by artillery, occupied a trench position fifteen miles west-north-west ol Jvut-el-Amara, evidently covering the withdrawal from Bughorlah. After an intense bombardment our infantry assaulted the position, and obtained • a footing therein, while our cavalry op crated round the Turkish northern flank. Many prisoners and numerous flocks; equipment, - and stores were captured.
