Sii' Samuel Evans, president of the British Prize Court, ruled to-day that German bonds <3ome under the reprisals order and that ''German seourities to the value, of 30,000 marks which were, seized while on their way m a letter ito the State Commercial and .Savings Bank ot Chicago fihounld remain m court as propena'ty of the enemy origin until the declaration of peace, or "until dealt with as .the coui't might decree subsequently. The securities were seized on board the Danish steamship Frederick VTTL
