* UNIQUE ALBUM SOLD. In ,«J>ite of the monotonous succession of flag festivals, Londoners cordially supported the celebration of "Roll ot Honor" Day m memory of Lord Kitchener and the gallant heroes who have fallen m the war. A variety of commemorative souvenirs wene sold m the principaLWest End and CSty thoroughfares, and the response ot fche publio to the thousands of flagsellors scattered over London was ready arid generous. As usual, guests m the fashionable hotels m the Strand, Picadilly, Pall Mall, and elsewhere were amongat the first to. recognise the deserving occasion. The event of the "Roll of Honor" Day was the auction by the Lord Mayor at the Mansion House of a unique album containing .the autographs and messages from Admiral Jellicoe, Admiral Beatty, Sir Douglas Haig, Lord French, and Mr Balfour. After some spirited bid-., ding the gift was knocked down to Air Slazanger for 500 guineas.
