Herr Franz-Bopp, German ConsulGeneral at San Francisco, and four attaches, employees, were found guilty on all charges of violating the neutrality of the United States. (Received January 12, 9.15 a.m.) NEW YORK, January 11. Bopp and his associates were charged with conspiring to dynamite munition scrips leaving Canadian ports.
