An official in close touch with the British Legation says that Palestine mav be the next important theatre of war.* The British Suez army is preparing a drive through Palestine to join the Russians from the Caucasus. The British are now further east of Sues- than ever before. Th^ Russians have reinforced thje Tigris army, and .ire pushing up the valley.
