The New York Times' Berlin correspondent reports that German financiers are making most elaborate plans to regain trade after the war. There is a far-reaching amalgmation of the largest shipping, iron, and coal owners, including Krupps, Stices, Nbrddeutsoher Lloyds, and the Hamburg-Amerika companies.
