CHRISTCHCRCH, this day. G. Murray Aynsley has 'cancelled his arrangements for sending Snub and Wardancer to Ellerslie for the Summer meeting of the Auckland R.C. One of Snub's legs showed slight signs of filling last week, and though the trouble is not regarded seriously, it made' the northern trip seem inadvisable.' lt is just possible, however, that Snub may be nominated for some of the holiday fixtures I in -the south. - -The Yaldhurst stable will be quite deserted during the holiday season. Seven horses have been engaged at Ellerslie for the Auckland Racing Club's meeting. -The ' team : which R. O'Donnell intends to take north will consist of The Toff, Wishful.
