Singularly enough, 'no.person, as far as the police know, has' been reported missing lately. The ' ibody is that of a thick-set man about 60 years of age, with a short sandy beard, tinged with grey. He wag wearing a tweed top coat, a blue serge coat, grey tweed waistcoat and trousers, blue linen shirt, flannel singlet, merino underpants, socks, and a strong* pair - ' of nail-sbled boots. There was a watch chain, but no watch, attached to his waistcoast, and the sum of 10s was found m his trousers pocket. An inquest was to commence at 3 o'clock this , afternoon, before Mr. W. A. Barton , S. M. , district coroner.
