LONDON, August 17. t An On'de'r-in-Council establishes control of the wpollen manufacturing trade with a* view to limiting prices. The schedule specifies all materials wholly or partially manufactured from wool. There is some doubt as to whether it a])plies to the whole trade or only to the manufacture of materials for war purposes. ' It is understood '/tlua-t the ' authorities are considering the point.
