GERMAN GENERALS IN DISGRACE.
RELIEVED OP -COMMAND BY THE KAISER. (Australian and N.Z. Cable Association.) ROTTERDAM, July 17. The Berliner Tageblatt says the Kaiser has pensioned off seven generals holding important war commands, all of whom have tendered their resignation-). General yon Bredow, von Weinstkow, Glokke, Cramen, and von Bauer will definitely leave the army, and Generals von Kleist and Kharmer have been given home garrisons. No reason for the dismissals is assigned.
