The New York World's Berlin 'correspondent telegraphs that the German Minister for Agriculture, interviewed, said the country need not worry about another year's war. Last year's harvest was very poor; this one is muoh greater. Potatoes will be plentiful, barley. and oat crops abundant, and the outlook for the meat supply is improving-
