RIOTS AT BERLIN
REDUCTION OF BREAD RATION. (Received Januai*y 25, 10.25 a.m.) LONDON, January 24. A French wireless message states :— Riots occurred at Berlin on the 12th. Crowds of women and children protested against the reduction of tho bread rations. The police killed, injured and arrested numbers.
