' Ibero, the Spanish publicist, m an artclo m the Echo de Paris, quotes a prominent official of the Turkish Foreign Office as saying that the Turko-Bul-garian treaty was signed with the Bulgar sword at Turkey's throat. The treaty provides for the eventual Bulgarian occupation of Salonika, while Turkey is compensated from the Aegean littoral to Kavalla inclusively, besides retrocession of the recently ceded territories. The Bulgarians, nevertheless, still dream of becoming masters of Constantinople. -
