1 ACTIVITY OF THE AIRMEN. ENEMY TRENCHES RAIDED. LONDON, January 20. Sir Douglas Ha\g reports : Sixteen of? our aeroplanes on the 17th considerably damaged an enemy depot at Le:sars, north-east of Albert. There Avero 19 ai-* encounters during the day, and five of the enemy were driven down. . We lost two aeroplanes. A party of our troops raided eremy trenches north of tho River Lys and •aptured some prisoners. PARIS. January fO. A communique says : We cannonaded ■roops moving northward of Courteshausses, in the Argonne.
