BULGARIA'S PACIFIC PROFESSION.
LONDON, Sept. 30. The Times, commenting of Sir Edward Grey's statement m regard to the Balkans, /says : "Whether or not tinKing of Bulgaria was aware of the Allies' decision before ordering mobilisation, it is noteworthy that since Greece mobilised, and ' especially since the announcement from Athens of tlie decision of the Allied Governments, Bulgaria has been profuse m professing pacific intentions. Athens reports that Greece's mobilisation is proceeding with enthusiasm. It is estimated that' 400,000 men are equipped and large reserves and munitions are available. The Pet if Parisicn states that- the Greek Government has warned Bulgaria of Us intention to support Serbia. The Berliner Tageblatt says Bulgaria has accepted a proposal to establish neutral zones on her Greek and Serbian frontiers.
