A PLEASANT SURPRISE: LIEUT F. KETTLE NOT KILLED.
NAPIER, last night. Advice was received to-night by Mr and Mrs N. Kettle, Napier, from the Base Records Oflice, Wellington, to the effect that their son, Lieut. Ferdinand Von Tempsky Kettle, had been wounded, not killed m action as previously reported. The news came as a pleasant surprise to a large circle of friends. .
