STARVING TURKEY OF COAL.
ATHENS, July 23. The navigation of enemy ships m the Black Sea is almost impossible owing to the activity of Russian submarines. Consequently the Zunguldak coal mines (on the Asia. Minor coast) are practically cut off, and the complete cessation of the already limited service of Constantinople suburban steamers and the railway services is expected.
