MORE BABY KILLING.

BOMBS. DROPPEIToN SOUTHEND. THE RAIDER CHASED AWAY. (Received May 28, 9 a.m.) LONDON, May 27. Several Zeppelins dropped twenty incendiary bombs on Southend. A Zeppelin was seen coming from a north-easterly direction at 10.50. After circling over Southend, bombs continued falling. It was evident another Zeppelin participated, for half an hour m quick succession lights Avere followed by a heavy thud. Tho other airship bombed the Avestern quarter of Southend. CroAvds watched the bombardment. Two houses were ignited, but the fires were extinguished. The Admiralty report only mentions one Zeppelin, and states ,the casualties were two women killed and a child badly injured. Little material damage was done. British aeroplanes and seaplanes chased the raider, Avhich escaped m an easterly direction.
