BULGARIA'S POSITION.
A NEW SITUATION HAS ARISEN. (Received April 12, 8.50 a.m. PARIS, April 11. The Petit Parisian's Sofia correspondent had an interview with }l. Rados lav6ff, who said that Bulgaria had hitherto been strictly neutral, but a new situation had arisen owing to the Allies 1 action m the East, which necessitates a. new policy.
