EASTER HOLIDAYS.
POST-OFFICE.— Good Friday, tlie '2nd April, will be observed as a close holiday. On Easter Monday, sth April, the ollice will be open m all branches, except the Money Order and Savings Bank, from 9 a.m. to 10 a.m.. only. Mails usually despatched on Friday will be closed on Thursday night, Ist April, at 7.30 pm. On Monday, sth April, the usual despatch of mails will' be made up to 8 a.m. Receivers and Posting-boxes will be cleared at 6.30 p.m. on Thursday and Saturday evenings. On Easter Monday no delivery by letter carriers' will be made. On Thursday evening (Ist) and on Saturday (3rd) a delivery of town letters will be made over the counter and at private box delivery wicket, from 7 p.m. to Bp.m. Private box lobbies on Good Friday will be open from 0.30 a.m. to ll p.m. on Easter Monday the usual hours will be observed. TELEGRAPH' BRANCH.— Good Friday hours: 9.30 a.m. to 10 a.m., and 5 p.m. to 5.30 p.m. Easter Monday hours: 9 a.m. to k p.m., and 7 p.m. to midnight.
