LONDON, March 26. Brevet Major Harold Sutton Williams, of the Dorsetshires, a New Zealander, has died of his wounds. The Port of London Authority is prepared to refer the waterside workers' demand for an increased war bonus to arbitration, provided the Government reimburses the Authority for the increase, oi* the Authority will willingly hand over control to the Government if guaranteed an income equal to that which they had before.
