(Received February 13, 8.55 a.m.) LONDON, Feb. 12. Baron Hirsch, speaking m the Prussian Diet, said he knew the war was not desired by the people of the belligerent lands. Its end everywhere was longed for. Ho hoped that under the influence of this desire for peace would come, especially the laboring classes of. all lands. He was assured that peace would come speedily to the well-being of the German people and all humanity.
