Since last week eight German steamers have been stationed- outside Sweden, controlling vessels going towards, the Baltic. The German press is using the wildest language respecting neutrals. . The Hamburger says: "The whole world's hate and envy concern us not at all. If neutrals do not protect their flag against England, they have no right to be held m esteem by Germany."
