BRITAIN'S HELP.
SATISFACTION IN RUSSIA. ARMY OF 3,000,000 MEN. LONDON, Feb. 6. The Russian military staff issues a special memorandum stressing the_ immense services on land and sea Britain has rendered the Allies. While Germany was approaching her time of exhaustion, supplies for the Allies and other resources were increasing. This had been made plainly manifest. The British army of a million was admirably equipped, and large reserves would soon arrive at the front. Tho British army is estimated at three million men m the home and colonial forces, exclusive of those serving m India. (London Times and Sydney Sun Services. LONDON, Feb. 5. In the House of Commons, Mr Asquith, questioned, replied that it Would be detrimental to the country to furnish the recruiting figures.
