(London Times and Sydney Sun Services.) (Received January 29. 8.30 a.m.) LONDON, Jan. 28. The Times has received a cable from the editor of the Reusskofslovoe, Moscow, stating : ''German journals are spreading an odious calumny that my newspaper is insisting on Russia to conclude a separate peace, with Germany apart from the 'Allies. The whole press and public opinion, of the people of Russia insist that we fight to a- finish until the utter destruction of Prussian militarism is established m Europe and the reign of right and justice is triumphant.
