NURSES VOLUNTEERING FOR EGYPT.

DUNEfDIN, this day. A deputation of the Trained Nurses' Association, waited on the Hon. J. Allen this morning, asking if arrangements could be made to send New Zealand nurses to Egypt. The Minister, in reply> said the Government had purposely refrained from sending 1 nurses with the force, because the Home Government had not made any suggestion regarding the matter. He would, however, communicate with the Home authorities, asking whether New Zealand nurses were wagted.,
