CROWDED TRAINS COLLIDE.
(Received December 28, 8.35 alin.) PETROGRAD, Dec. 27. A crowded troop train from Prussia collided at Kalitsz with a train returning with wounded officers. Both were going at full speed. ' Twenty carriages were wrecked. Four hundred men were killed, and 500 injured. The points were changed at the last moment. The pointsman, stationmaster, and other officials were arrested for treason.
