CONTRAST IN TREATMENT.
TOKIO, Nov. ,23. Three hundred and fifty prisoners from Tsing-tao have arrived. Japanese ladies presented each with a chrysanthemum bearing greetings, written m German.. The prisoners were touched at the attention received. A big friendly crowd welcomed them.
