RUSSIANS KEEP UP- BOMBARDMENT DAY AND NIGHT. PARIS, October 27. The Russian bombardment of the Przemysl fortress, says a despatch from Petrbgrad, continued during the night, aided by strong searchlights. > Deserters say many of the forts' defenders are succumbing to epidemics aiid that tne medicines and provisions, virtually are exhausted.' All the men of the garrison are obliged to work continually on/ the fortifications which the Russians are said to be fast destroying.
