A German Pole was shot m Berlin for declaring the Germans ought to withdraw from Belgium, seeing ) they were unable to prevent devastation of her own provinces by the invaders. ." Swiss newspapers state that- nearly one hundred thousand refugees from East Prussia and Sfiesia have arrived at Berlin.
