SALE OF THE STORSTAD
(Press . Assn.—By Telegraph— -Copyright.) (Received July 8, 9.15 a.m.) i OTTAWA, July 7. 'llie Empress of Ireland Commission's judgment is expected on Saturday. The steamer Storstad has been sold under the Admiralty Court's order^ The vessel realised £35,000, the purchasers heing the original owners. The Storstad was held as security for damages m the action brought at the instance of the Canadian Pacific Company, and will be released 'when, the purchase money is paid.
LONDON, July 7. The combined Empress of Ireland funds total £88,000.
