(Per Press Association.) AUCKLAND, this day. Albert A. Halliwell, found m Albert Park, died m the hospital without regaining consciousness. Indications point to death having been caused by hemorrhage of the brain, resulting from fracture of the skull, caused by a fall. HASTINGS, this day,. A laborer named Andrew Tombe, aged about 55 years, single, was found dead ..on the Havelocki bridge yesterday morning. Death was apparently due to heart disease. So far as is known deceased had no relatives m the Dominion. j DUNEDIN, this day. John Sample, a single man, aged 56' years, employed as a farm laborer at Milburn, met with a serious accident. He was engaged m carting hay, and while leaving a paddock, with a load,, he lost his balance and fell heavily from .the cart to the ground. He landed on his head and shoulders, and on attempting to arise, found that' he had lost the use of his limbs. The unfortunate man was conveyed to the hospital, where he died yesterday morning. , The body of Robert Malcolm Crosbie, manager of Burt and Cb.'s factory at Port Chalmers, Who has been missing since Wednesday week, was found on Saturday morning m Lower Dundas street by some boys who were looking for rabbits. *

A man named Morrison, m the employ of the Dunedin City Corporation atWaL pori Falls, cut his throat on Saturday! He had been m, Dunedin, and returned to the falls on Thursday, and was working on Friday. A doctor was procured from Outram,- and dressed' the wounds, which appeared to be bad. Morrison tore the bandages from the wounds, and attempted to rush off to the bush.. He ■was conveyed to the hospital m Dunedin, where he lies m a rather serious condition.

Dr. Alexander Grahame,of Waikouaiti, died suddenly at his residence at 4 o'clock yesterday morning. It appears that lie rose during the night to take some mixture of bromide, and must have swallowed an overdose. Dr. Qrahame was married, aged 42 years. An inquest is being held to-day. 1 -
