DRIVER AND GUARD DISMISSED

SYDNEY, May 28
Driver Irwin and Fireman' 'Terrett, who were m the Temora mail' train smash on Mai Y ch 14th, have been discharged £roln the railway service. Irwin states -that he was not guilty of any carelessness or neglect of duty. He told the truth regarding the signals, and dismissal was not expected.
