Warrimoo this morning, and the public will be afforded the previlego of ..sampTing this at His Majesty's, Theatre to-night. The Vitagraph Company's •' famous , star feature, "Fruits of' Vengeance,"' heads the list. This is a, fascinating play of life m a big. circus:, which -shows - how two men strove '••for the love of a pretty artist. • Jealousy leads, one of them to attempt murder, but' he* is hoisted with his own petard. The culminating scene is one of the most sensational, imaginable, and can be guaranteed to make the audience sit up and' fake notice. ' The acting throughout'is m the Vitagraph Company's best style, and the play, of light and shadow throughout the story is most artistically brought, out. The A-K- Company will be seen m a. very line comedy, "A Day Out With. Gwendoline," in' which the humor is delicious. .Harry invites his fianpee, Gwendoline, to go to the matinee, with him, and tells her to meet him at a certain place at 2 o'clock. Bb-, fore going GAven does a little-bargain-hunting and has her purse stolen m the process. '. All this takes time, and it is hot until .she goes to' tlie Pblice station at 6 to charge' the thief that she meets 'Harry, who has been landed there by his very natural impatience. "The Head Waiter*' is a superior coniedydrama by Hie* Thanhouser artists, while "A Sorority Initiation" will be found to be a mysterious play of force and feeling. "Only One Shirt" is said to be one of. thb funniest films that has been turned out. "Temples of Karrtak" is a most interesting scenic, while, the. latest "Topical Budget" and" "Wanted a Burglar" (an Edison laughter speciality) completes a capital programme.
