Loan and Mercantile Agency Co., Ltd., are m receipt of the following cable from London:— "Wool: As compared with last sales' closing rates prices are about the same ■ for lambs (merino and crossbred), medium greasy crossbred and coarse greasy crossbred, medium scouml crossbred and coarse scoured crossbred. About 5 per cent, higher for greasy merino super, greasy merino medium, and fine greasy crossbred; about par to 5 per cent, higher for greasy merino interior and scoured merino, fine scoured crossbred; and crossbred slipe. Tone of market is firm."
