MAGISTRATE'S COURT.
At the Magistrate's Court, to-day Mr W. A. Barton, S.M., gave judgment for I plaintiff m the following undefended cases .—Grundy and Shennan, Ltd., (Mr Burke) v. G. Small, £6 4s lid (balance of claim), and costs £2 0s 6d ; Hewitt Deason Robinson (Mr Gambrill) v. F. A. Clay, £1 4s 5d and costs £1 9s f G. S. Kemp and A. T. Hookey, executors of will o^ G. E. Hindrup (deceased), v. Ja^k Russell, £5 10s, and caste £1 3a 6d; Michael Doherty (Mr Dawson), v, Archibald Yardley, £2 10s and costs 6s; Francis and Lougher (Mr Burke) v. Sydney Paviour, 10s (costs only); Frank Lowndes and Son (Mr Bright) v. Grantham, motor engineer, £4 4s and costs 14s ; Robert Robertson (Mr Burke for Mr Blair) £21 15s and costs £2 14s; Johnston .and Miller (Mr Kirk) v. John McKay, £5 10s and costs £1 9s 6d ; T. A. Hogg (Mr Gambrill) v. Thomas Alfred Vow.es, £6 2s 7d and costs £1 3s 6d.
Orders for immediate payment were made m the following judgment summons cases :— Arthur E. Rees (Mr Gambrill) v. Thomas R. Warren, £43 3s lid, m default 43 dayrf imprisonment; P.B. Sash and Door Co. (Mr Gambrill) v. Take Kerekare, £33 ss, or 33 days' imprisonment ; J. W. Taunt and Co (Mt Mayne) v. Tom Day, £5 15s 2d, or 6 days' imprisonment; Bruce and Milne (Mr Gambrill) v. Solomon Waaka., £11 14s 6d, or 12 days' imprisonment ; H.. Gartshore (Mr Burke) v. C. Parfitt, £7 9s pr 7 days' imprisonment. / An order was made by consent m the case of William Willis (Mr Bright) v. James Frederick Johnstone, for payment of 5s a week until the debt, "14 13s -6d, is paid off. In the case of Jrhn Rutherford Shaw (Mr Bright)- v. Ka •••._- --tiana Poki, an order was made by < nsent for £10 to be paid by Deceir'«pr 31, and the balance, £37 7s, to be paid by February 28, 1815. i
