FIGHT WITH CONVICTS.

' In attempting to break out of Folson Prison, Sacramento .(California) convict* from the incorrigible ward engaged, m a revolver battle with the warders, and three convicts were killed and two fatally wounded. Thirteen prisoners concocted the plot and at a given signal broke through the wooden doors of their cells. Two guards then opened fire, riddling the men with bullets.
