Foreigners were not hurt. • General Villa's cavalry is pur_tuing tbo retreating federals under Velasco. Scenes of great enthusiasm and rowdi--ness kept the people of Juarez awake throughout the night after the Constitutionalist victory was announced. Crowds paraded the streets for hours, headed by bands, wild excitement prevailing.
