IT is hereby notified, m accordance with the provisions of Section 41 of "The Land Act, 1908." and the regulations made thereunder, that the seat on the Hawke's Bay Land Board held by Mr Robert Beat son Ross, the elective member, >vill become vacant by the effluxion of time on the 29th May, 1914, and that Nominations to fill such vacancy will be received at this office up to 5 o'clock "m the afternoon of the 20th APRIL, 1914. Should only one nomination be received, such candidate shall be declared duly elected, provided he is otherwise eligible for election.
