PRESIDENT WILSON'S DENIAL. LONDON, February 7.
' A'^Washington .message reports that President Wilson has denied the rumor that he had ,iss4ed a call, /or the holding of -a Peace Conference at The Hague next year, president Wilson cs plains that 'he merely had inquiries made at the Hague as to the possibility of a conference being held m 1917.
