MURDER IN RUSSIA.
(Press Assn.— By Telegraph— Copyright.) ST. PETERSBURG, Feb. 13. Goutcharuk, a peasant, has been arrestied. tor murdering the boy Josef Pashkoff at Fastov. There were 13 puncture marks on the neck of the body, similar- to those on Yushinsky. The police state that the, boy was a Christian, who was stolen and circumcised by Pashkoff, who swears that the body is that of his son.
