The case of the Official Assignee m the estate of Walter Shaw, solicitor, versus the Timaru Property Company and others, was mentioned m Chambers today, when Judge Dennision removed caveats on the properties involved, giving leave to apply for new caveats until the meeting of the Court of Appeal. The question of costs was discussed at length.
