(Per Press Association.) AUCKLAND, this day. In an action brought by the Northern Wairoa Dairy Company against William -^Thomas Hunt, a farmer, claiming £100 for defamation, the plaintiff *was non-suited, with costs on the lowest scale; but Judge Cooper said that there was no evidence before the Court and no suggestion by either counsel or witnesses that the company had acted with any impropriety m the financial management of its affairs.
