HUERTA'S OFFER TO REPORTERS.

President Huerta has invited American journals to send reporters to Mexico to gain first-hand knowledge. He is offering first-class passages and armed protection. He claims that he has 150,CC0 of a regular army and 39,000 irregulars starting a campaign to crush the rebels. MEXICO CITY, February 6. The Government,, people and press are maintaining a dignified reserve. A decree has been published, increasing the regular army to 200,000.
