BREMEN, January 29. The trans-Atlantic passenger rate war between the German shipping companies has opened with the announcement that the Nbrddeutsdner Lloyd" steamer Wilhelm Grosse ' will be placed exclusively at the disposal, of third-class and steerage passengers, for whom the vessel will travel at the same speed and provide the same accommodation -as for first-dlass passengers. ..^ ... . .,..... .-....- - — —■————l— — — — 1
